To submit your organization for approval as an MVK ticket recipient, please provide the information requested below and then click the Submit button. Once approved, your organization will receive an email notifying you of your approval.
Important Note for Agencies in the Washington/Baltimore Market:
To offset the escalating costs of ticket distribution, recipient agencies will be required to pay a prorated annual fee of $200. Partner Agencies will be guaranteed access to a minimum of 50 tickets per year. At an average of $25 per ticket, we feel that the benefits far outweigh the costs. Payment must be made before you are able to claim tickets.
